Eagle Games in Foreclosure?
So it appears, I certainly hope this is not true as some of their recent game releases have been of excellent quality. And along with Fantasy Flight and Days of Wonder they've been elevating the American game to compete with our Euro counterparts. This was first reported by an anonymous reader at the Gaming Report, but the advertisement of their bank's intent to sell, at least a portion of, their assets is publically available at the Chicago Tribune, see item 9.

Hi Mer,
I clicked on your BGG microbadge to get here. Aren't those cool?
As for Eagle Games going under, I say no big loss. Not that I'm still miffed about them never releasing that pirate game or anything...
